]]> HD9120 is an acoustic calibrator that, in accordance with the Circular Prot. RU 34143 of 02 December 2011, allows qualified technicians to perform calibrations of sound level meters for comparison with a reference sound level meter.

The instrument is used by the program HD2010MCTC_VP for performing metrological tests on HD2010MCTC sound level meters used for vehicles inspections.

The calibration procedure is automatically managed by the PC software HD2010MCTC_VP, which is able to generate, at the end of the of the verification, a full calibration report.

]]> The level of noise produced by vehicles shall comply with standards prescribed by international regulations. During car inspections, horns and exhaust devices
must be in good condition and comply with the requirements.

With Senseca Class 1 Sound Level Meter HD2010MCTC it is possible to carry out all noise measurements emissions as laid down in the operational procedures in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Transport, and of Navigation:

  • Circular 88/95 for light-duty vehicles
  • Circular 7938/604 for motorcycles
  • Protocol Circular RU no. 79298 of 11/08/2009 and subsequent amendments and additions

The communication protocol of the sound level meter is in accordance with the MCTCNET2 specifications as per D.D. no. 3986 of 11/08/2009.
