Remote monitoring systems need a power source that keeps the installation simple and gives operators visibility of the supply status. This unit combines a solar charging input, a 12 Vdc / 7.2 Ah lead-acid battery and a charge regulator in one housing, with an unregulated nominal 12 V output from the internal battery.
The SDI-12 interface adds useful diagnostics for field systems. It allows reading the solar panel voltage, internal battery voltage, internal temperature and system status, helping users check charging behavior and identify battery or temperature-related issues without opening the housing.
Outdoor installation is supported by the polycarbonate housing with ingress protection (IP65), cable glands at the bottom, and fixing accessories for mounting on a mast up to Ø 60 mm. The unit operates from -40…+60 °C and accepts 18…27 Vdc input from the solar panel.
