Sound Insulation

Open the example file in the CDRom "Noise Studio - Sample files" (D:\Esempi\IsolamentoAcustico\Rp_DnT_index\spettri tottava, and add the sections

• 1-3 for the source room with switched-on source

• 2-4 for the source room with background noise

• 5-7 for the receiving room with switched-on source

• 6-8 for the receiving room with background noise

To add the just opened file's data, press <ADD>

Repeat the same steps for all measurements.

To remove an already added file, select it using the mouse and press <REMOVE>

To proceed with the calculation, you need to enter the correction factor.

Select the standardized difference of DnT levels or the apparent sound reduction index R'

Choose standardized difference of DnT levels and input the average reverberation time using the "Insert..." key.

Choose the file in the CDRom "Noise Studio - Sample files" D:\Esempi\IsolamentoAcustico\Rp_DnT_index\Tempo di riverbero medio.rev

To proceed with the coefficient calculation, press Calculate DnT.
