										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p data-start="38" data-end="374">The <strong data-start="42" data-end="80">Dust Fall Monitoring System (MDFS)</strong> helps solar plant operators determine the best time to clean <strong data-start="142" data-end="155">PV panels</strong> by measuring the impact of soiling on solar radiation. The system compares the output of two <strong data-start="249" data-end="292">temperature-compensated reference cells</strong>, available with <strong data-start="309" data-end="335">voltage output (MDFS2)</strong> or <strong data-start="339" data-end="373">Modbus communication (MDFS2-S)</strong>.</p>
<p data-start="376" data-end="633">One reference cell (the <strong data-start="400" data-end="414">Clean Cell</strong>) must always be kept clean, while the second (the <strong data-start="465" data-end="479">Dirty Cell</strong>) is cleaned at the same time as the PV panels. By comparing the two signals, MDFS provides a clear indication of performance losses due to dust and dirt.</p>
<p data-start="635" data-end="664">MDFS can be used in two ways:</p>

<p data-start="667" data-end="810"><strong data-start="667" data-end="681">Basic mode</strong>: the operator manually compares the Clean and Dirty cell readings to decide when cleaning is needed (no control box required).</p>

<p data-start="813" data-end="1045"><strong data-start="813" data-end="830">Advanced mode</strong>: with the optional control box, the system automatically calculates the <strong data-start="903" data-end="935">soiling attenuation rate (%)</strong>, supporting cleaning decisions and confirming that cleaning and maintenance activities have been carried out.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The VUP12 ventilation and heating unit allows<strong> increasing the accuracy of solar radiation measurements maintaining the operating temperature of the sensor uniform. </strong>Ventilation reduces the type &#8220;A&#8221; offset (present in pyranometers and pyrgeometers) due to cooling of the dome with respect to the sensor body.</p>
<p>It can be <strong>used outdoor in any weather condition</strong> and avoids the formation of dew and frost on the optical part of the sensor.</p>
<p>The use of ventilation and moderate heating prevents dew formation on the dome, especially in the early morning hours, allowing much more accurate measurements even in moderate climates. The heating function can also be used in extreme environmental conditions, to avoid the formation of snow and ice on the sensor dome.<br />
The unit is equipped with<strong> two independent heating circuits of equal power</strong>, which can be individually activated to better adapt the heating function to the climate of the installation site.</p>
